I have adequate legal capacity to enter into binding agreements such as this non-disclosure, acceptable use agreement.  COR is an Internet-based incident management system offered through the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency to authorized users to support emergency management operations.  Therefore: 
  		• I will NOT provide my login/password information to any other individual or organization.
  		• I understand that COR is exclusively For Official USE Only (FOUO), and that I may not process classified national security information on COR.

    As an authorized user of the system, I agree and understand that I am solely responsible for the content of all information provided by me.  Therefore:
  		• I will provide accurate and complete registration information and keep such information current.
  		• I will not upload, post or transmit any information that is unauthorized, unlawful, false, fraudulent, harassing, libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, discourteous, unprofessional or inappropriate.

    I understand that on COR I may have access to confidential and sensitive material and/or information relating to persons, organizations, procedures and incidents/events including but not limited to incident information, planning documents, and standard operating guidelines (SOGs), contact information, addresses, geospatial, critical Infrastructure and medical data (COR information). Therefore:
  		•  I will use COR information solely in and for performance of my official duties, and for no other purpose, holding such information in the strictest confidence.
  		• I will not disclose COR information directly or indirectly to any unauthorized person for any purpose.  COR information may be disclosed to other authorized persons who have a demonstrable need for COR information for the performance of their official duties with regard to All-Hazards Event/Incident Planning, Preparedness, Response, Recovery and Mitigation.

    I understand that my commitment to safeguard all information obtained from COR will continue even after the termination of my access to the system.

    I understand that my activities on COR may be monitored by authorized employees of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or its official designees/agents to ensure appropriate access to and utilization of COR.
